Test pressing version comes in a white hole-sleeve with paper track listing. The insert has printed labels that have been filled out with a red pen: "date: 6-22-83", "acc't: A+L", artist: Kissing The Pink", "mtx no.: S+A 835219(220)-C". (SS)
